Dear Ambassadors and Champions,

This is a reminder that our mandatory monthly A&C Check-In will take place tomorrow, August 12, at 12:00 PM ET. This monthly check-in is required for participants. 

The A&C Check-In is designed to be an opportunity for us to discuss your project ideas in depth, receive feedback from the group, and brainstorm potential next steps and collaboration opportunities.

For those in Cohort 2 who have not yet submitted a project description, please do so as soon as possible and before tomorrow's meeting. 

If you are facing extenuating circumstances or encountering a barrier that has not already been discussed with the ROVER Working Group, please reach out immediately. We want to understand any challenges and, when possible, work with you to identify appropriate accommodations or alternative plans.

Please note that if we have not received your project description by the time of tomorrow's meeting, we will assume that you are no longer interested in participating and will consider you withdrawn from the program.

We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and hearing more about your project ideas.
